Shopping List Misty Gully Burger Seasoning 500 grams ground beef (80/20 for best flavour & fat) Burger Buns American cheese Butter or oil (for toasting buns) Option toppings: pickles, diced onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, mayo Method In a bowl, sprinkle burger seasoning and mix into beef Divide into 4 equal balls ( dont overwork it, just lighlty form them) Butter the buns and toast them on a skillet or griddle until golden. Set aside Heat pan (cast iron works best) over medium-high heat until very hot SMASH TIME, place the beef ball on the hot pan. Using a smash burger press or a sturdy spatula, smash the beef down flat. Add another sprinkle of Burer seasoning for extra flavour Dont touch it !!
